Hardpoint Motorsports has arrived in Wisconsin with Rob Ferriol competing in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA by Yokohama during the IMSA Road Race Showcase.
The weekend is sure to excite with both the GT3 Cup Challenge USA and Canada series competing in a doubleheader that will feature more than 30 Porsches battling it out for the overall win. Ferriol will be piloting the No. 5 GridRival Porsche GT3 with Moorespeed and will make his way on track Friday morning for the first practice session at 9:55 a.m. EDT. A final practice will run from 2:30 – 3:00 p.m., and the 15-minute qualifying session will begin at 6:40 p.m.
The first 45-minute race of the IMSA Road Race Showcase will take place Saturday at 12:30 p.m. Race 2 will round out the weekend running from 10:40-11:25 on Sunday morning. Both races can be streamed live on IMSA.tv and updates will be posted on IMSA social media using the hashtag #GT3USA.

“I love coming to Road America – it’s big, it’s fast, and it’s surrounded by awesome greenery and fans! Testing last week with Moorespeed reminded me just how great it feels to nail a lap there. I led my first IMSA race at Road America last year but wasn’t able to seal the deal. Headed into the weekend, I think we’re in a good spot to make it stick this time.”
